All I have to say is: "Thank God for Whole Foods!"

I am super-excited for this week's menu.  Here's what I plan on having:

Breakfast:

  • Arugula and porcini mushroom omelet with gruyere cheese and whole wheat baguette
  • Lavazza coffee (legit espresso from Italy! I drink it in France all the time!)

Lunch:

  • Brussels Sprouts Lardons
  • Figues et melons au basilic (fresh figs and melons with a basil creme fraiche sauce)

Dinner

  • Warm Mango-Coconut Mahi Mahi on maches salad
  • Dark chocolate caramels with sea salt OR a square of dark chocolate with orange peel
