I am super-excited for this week's menu. Here's what I plan on having:
Breakfast:
- Arugula and porcini mushroom omelet with gruyere cheese and whole wheat baguette
- Lavazza coffee (legit espresso from Italy! I drink it in France all the time!)
Lunch:
- Brussels Sprouts Lardons
- Figues et melons au basilic (fresh figs and melons with a basil creme fraiche sauce)
Dinner
- Warm Mango-Coconut Mahi Mahi on maches salad
- Dark chocolate caramels with sea salt OR a square of dark chocolate with orange peel
